As you guys may know I'm a rather avid multiboxer and well recently I was on my main (level 70 dwarf hunter with 4/5 merc and 1/5 brutual gear) and i happended to walk past 5x lvl64 shaman in nagrand.
So I proceeded to take a closer look only to find him casting a chain lightning x 5 on me, At first I just laughed dispite knowing it was x5.

Next thing I know I'm DEAD!
He took 11,275hp off me in 1 hit!!!!!

Yet another reason to multibox shammys for both pvp and pve!

EDIT: Its ment to say level 70 dwarf WARRIOR

He took 11,275hp off me in 1 hit!!!!!

Actually it was 5 hits. From 5 characters. This is the kind of thinking that spawns massive anti-multiboxer QQs on the official forums.

Depends how you want to word it ;)
It was 5seperate hits but they all hit me at the exact moment in time so might as well of been 1 big hit :)

Fairplay to the guy though I was more shocked by the sheer dmg it did then the fact he owned me!

It was 5 hits from 5 separate characters that happened to be controlled by one player.

1 character one shotting a really well geared warrior whilst 6 levels lower than them would be something worthy of crying about.

5 characters working together to take down a 70 isn't.

We don't one shot anyone.

I love when 70's stay in range for the crit lightning bolt casting.
Even better if they are in range for a shock. Cast the LB, hit Flame Shock before the LB's hit, either they die when the bolts hit, or the flame finishes them off.

I wasn't talking about you crying Zanthor, but more about describing it as being 1 shotted.

I've been in BG's and followed a multiboxer and was taken down, I understand that it is perfectly fair - I wouldn't expect to survive against 5 characters.

But when we are arguing against the anti multiboxers we say it's 5 characters not 1.

Yet here we are talking about being 1 shotted.

Crikey.

Sorry about that - Zanthor and Falkor are nothing alike apart from the ending.

(And of course I remember Falkor from the never ending story so have no excuse whatsoever).

The pm to zanthor was to tell Falkor that I meant him no offense - that I wasn't referring to him as such but to the anti multiboxer crowd. (I was so worried I'd offended him).

In the end I look even more stupid than normal.

I'm an asshole, but one of the reasons I like this community is that we have Fursphere... so I don't look so bad ;). (Cheap jab at fur! Don't be mad!)

So Falkor, to completely derail the thread. Do you like Falkor from the book or the movie?

BTW for me I had just finished reading Voyage of the Dawn Treader for the 291356091238651296345th time when I started playing WoW in 2005 - hence my name Caspian. So the book not the movie.

I guess he was ok in the movie but compared to the character in the book he was just a weak shadow. Read the book, you will love him even more!
