Wotlk 11/13 - RAF expiring/DKs RAF? and best race for DKs?

My RAF link expires 11/6, a few days before the expansion comes out. Ideally I would have like to pair 2 DKs to blast through 55->59 (maybe even gift 58->60) but my RAF accounts will be unlinked by then. Are you guys planning to setup new accounts/RAF for Wotlk ? I wonder if they'll extend the bonus to 60->70 - I guess I'll wait for that as given you exit the DK area at 58 already, buying new accounts just to do 58->60 is a bit too much

Also random question: What race you think is best for a DK - from the look (size) and gift of naru and aura; I think for Alliances the Male Dranei are the best ? For Hordes maybe Tauren (edited from initial typo of Druid... most of my horde taurens are druids... freudian slip) ?

Racials are getting changed in WotLK, so take an extra look on the changes. Imo, tauren or gnome, just for the heck of it :P

They've already said they're not going to extend the RAF grant a level bonus past 60 so it would be a waste of money to set up new accounts just to powerlevel 58-60 (since 55-58 gets taken care of by the DK quest line that you have to do anyway).

why would male dranei be better then female dranei?

I would think female dranei, but that is me rather checking out a girls behind (even with tale) for countless hours then a males assets. Is it me or that the female dranei a little more curvier then other female toons? I might just reroll female dranei sham just cause they look so much more better then female orcs.

well i like the male draenei and taurens cause with the bigger the toon, you actually see the detail on the armor more, however i'm guilty of i have a spare dk on beta that's a femal draenei :D

But, no way I'm putting up with nelfs and the people who roll them.

Belfs are about the closest thing we get to hotness, and they just need bigger weapons, so 2h Fembelf DK is kinda silly looking. Might make one on one of my accounts anyway, just for kicks. Fem Troll is nice, but the no shoes thing wierds me out if they don't have a dress or skirt, so most my trolls are casters or male. In the end, I'll probably go one DK of each race.

I'm on a pve server so hopefully i can roll a alliance dk. If i can i'll lvl the dk to 65 and then use the dk to power lvl my sham team.

well i like the male draenei and taurens cause with the bigger the toon, you actually see the detail on the armor more, however i'm guilty of i have a spare dk on beta that's a femal draenei :DI said male because they are the largest, makes the toon the most impressive - but yes if you check my gallery/screenshot posts you'll see I am partial to female toons and I do have 6 lovely dranei female shamans as well... but was thinking that a DK should be fiercest possible and the females look too good for that (sorry for the gender bias) !

Gnomes are by far the best DK-race. Why? Because they look like little evil version of Yoda dual-wielding 2-handers. Yirr.
