Hello everyone!
Im new to this multiboxing but I did read how to get things started.
Im currently only boxing 2 toons on 1 pc.
My only question(which ive searched) is there a macro on which you can loot a mob?
Because as you know some of the quest require you to gather items from the mobs you kill.
And obviously your main will be able to loot but your alts wont get anything.
So is there a way to do this?
THANKS IN ADVANCE!

:(
So should I try and avoid doing these quests?
Or just do them on my main only?
Im doing this for the RAF(Recruit A Friend) MORE XP!

you need to do it the hard(?) way. select the other window and loot the mob or staying clear of collection quests.

you can: have two windows open in windowed mode, one much smaller than the other.
or you can: use the maximizer/pip feature in keyclone.
you still will not loot automatically, but at least that makes it easier. zoom to suit.

Go to <FREE FOR ALL> and collect all the items you need off one character, then switch to your other character and collect on that one. Repeat as many as possible. I'm doing that with 3 of my characters using Keyclone. May seem repetative, but think about it... The more characters you have in your group, the less experience you get per kill, so this evens things out (^_^)

I've found that my groups don't level evenly (usually due to class quests) so I use collection quests on the lower level chars to even things out. Other then that, I tend to avoid the collection quests.

Avoid collection quests like the plague, unless you need one or more chars to catch up on others, and if you don't mind spending hours doing them.
The ONLY time I do collection quests is if either a) there is an abundant supply of the mobs and I need to get more XP for one or two toons b) I have multiple quests in the area which require killing the same mobs and only A and/or B if c) the item has a 100% or near 100% droprate.
There are many quests which say "get 2 of these!" and you're required to massacre entire zones to get a single drop.

I'm the same as Jamien with one more addition, if it is part (especially near the start) of a massive chain which gets better for massive xp.
