Not sure if this has happened to anyone else, but my account is showing its active, but when I try to log in, I get this splash "You have used up your prepaid time for this account. Please purchase more to continue playing." I've never used prepaid time :[ and my card has been billed. I guess it is happening to many other people and they are trying to fix it. I spoke with a GM and got the Typical "We are aware of this problem..." answer. There is a customer service forum thread as well. Anyway, I just wanted to let others know that this is an issue they know about, and are working on.
