Need help with turning in quest

Before u guys say look a wiki, i have and look at the following macros that i don't think they work for me because i think i am might be setting them wrong.

So do u guys use a addon that will just pick up quest and complete quest if your toon are by a npc?
Please HELP the best u can. don't want to keep switching to my slaves to pick up shit for quest, and also go to each and every one to complete them also.

im sorry but there is no way to 'automate' the opening the npc quest screens

the only thing you can do to relieve this is using one of the addons like Multiboxer V2, or Jamba
they have the option of mimicing the choices you make on the main char
so all you need to do is Open up the gossip window of the npc on all characters
and than click trough the turn in options on your main char
