I used to 3 box with 2 monitors and 1 GeForce 9800GTX 512MB with 30 stable fps on all instances of WoW, and I'm also able to reach 350 fps with a single instance of WoW. Yesterday, I started again with 3 monitors and 2 GeForce 9800GTX 512MB, my main's fps was only 10-20 while my alts had stable 30 fps, which is the cap for them.
Before I logged last night I did some configuring of my mods along with turning all the graphics down. Now, I get 9 fps on my alts and 15 tops on my main. I've tried modifying the settings for my graphics card but that didn't change anything.
Any idea what I might be doing wrong?

Depending on how you have your graphics cards configured... I hear WoW does not like SLI at all, also if you're using "extended desktop" on your other 2 monitors each monitor you extend your desktop to exponentially slows everything down. You need to set all 3 monitors as "one screen" with a huge resolution (like 4800x1050 or what not) - that will help some. You're probably better off just using 1 video card with 2 monitors as a single screen though... adding all that screen space slows things down.

Unfortunately I'm using Vista so I can't do that, as far as I know.
