Hi, i just started multiboxing 2 shamans bout 2 hours ago. I have the triple xp thing, already lvl 11 ^.^ I have octupus set up, and i have done a ton of research on this site trying to resolve this issue. Im very sorry if this issue was addressed on another thread, however i appreciate any help you can give me. I set up octupus, for my 2 pcs. I have them set to the right resolutions and everything. However, my mouse never lines up at all with the other computer. Is there a macro that will allow them to line up, such as a reset macro? Or do you really just not use your mouse and go crazy with key bindings. Any help that you may offer will be greatly appreciated. TYVM

Or do you really just not use your mouse and go crazy with key bindings.
Most of us use keybindings, because mice can slowly become out-of-sync due to hardware lag. :(
Usually to "reset" a mouse you can drag the mouse to the corner of your screen until both mice can't go any further. That should "resync" them after hardware lag. But I'd encourage you not to use click casting much... it's really not all that reliable noce the two cursors start inevitably drifting due to lag.

Note to other helpfully-minded folks: if you don't use mouseclick broadcasting regularly (and see it work just fine with good setups) then please don't confuse the issue. ;)
Hermonie, there are at least two things you'll need to make sure are set properly for this to work like you want.
Make sure the games are both set to the same resolution (i.e.: both at 800x600 or both at 1024x768, etc.). Note: you can get away with different resolutions, as long as they're the same aspect ratio but I didn't want to confuse you with that yet. ;) Make sure your in-game option for UI Scale is set to the same exact number. I normally do this by editing the CONFIG.WTF file, which usually resides in C:\Games\WoW\WTF, or wherever you installed it (there's only one file with that name in your wow directory). Open that file in Notepad and find the line that reads "SET uiScale "0.75"" (the 0.75 value can change, that just happens to be what I have mine set to) Then change both copies of WoW's files so those lines match.Try those and see if that helps. If not, we'll have to dig into your Octopus maximizer settings a bit I think.
[edit] Oh, and by the way, if you're talking about having them click on NPCs or looting corpses or picking up objects and such, you may need to invest some time in setting up your default camera views. I think the default keybinds are like HOME/END/NUMPAD0 or something similar. This thread ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&postID=8484#post8484') talks about more advanced versions of this, which I use on all my toons to make group NPC-clicking and group corpse looting easy as pie. :D

TY SOOO MUCH, that is working great. Now one more question, and i sware ill stop ^.^ Say i do click cast a spell on my clone, my clone is not taking the click. Meaning, ill click my number 7 key, and itll go off on the main, but not on the clone. I have octupus set up to do clicks, any thing you guys suggest?

Is it always missing it or just sometimes?

It not missing at all. My mouse is always where i want to go, however say i click an ability with my mouse. Itll click it on my main char, however my alt will not click. Itll be on where i should be, but i cant physcially click anything. That normal?
