I have been having hell with my ISP for a year, its a DSL that was horrible, well they finally fixed it, and I had no idea just how fun multi boxing was till now.
Its really weird, I had my shamans to 70 but a nasty random DC and a sometimes intermittent 17k ping was not good for repair bills. so I made a hunter team , I like hunters anyway, they are now 31, but now follow actually works and I can do stuff, it is a riot to just be able to smear mobs, even the boss at the end of Sethek was not doable , now he is easy mode. If I can keep my steady education of mutli boxing going, I could see 10 boxing later, but that is down the road.

Oh yeah on a side note I was getting hammered by a random hater a couple days ago , he actually cussed me pretty good then claimed he was a GM from Blizzard and I was gonna get banned, well the end was this: I was in conversation with a real GM on a different account, long story short is that real GM kinda got aggravated and the guy got banned for 24 hours or more I think, I added him to my friends list to see if he came back, aint seen him.

ugh i'm not, i was just curious that's all, was going to get my other account and do the RAF thing with a new toon, but beginning to think why? when all i need to do is just use my pally to rush it thru stuff but i dont know, i'm so confused, just see all these people 5& 10 boxing then it hit me at the monthly cost alone and it was just a question.

Good update, QT. Glad your conn problems are a thing of the past. As for h8ers, I've had a couple really bad ones on Ysera Ally too, bordering on harassment. GMs have been great, tho.

I like Ysera, I left for a long time, right after the AQ gates were opened , there was a lot of drama surrounding it, long story . But I came back, and yes the GM's are really OK, I dont remember if I said it before but I reported myself to get it out of the way because of sooo many haters on that server, the GM was really good and a MBer himself.

cost of running 5x accounts is not major issue to most of the multiboxers on this forum, the main thing that hurts is when you have to spend another $2,000 to purchase another machine to get things running the way you like :thumbup:

Thought I had the money for a new box, its not happening so I have to be happy with what I have. Monthly fees not much, when you figure I spend $50 a pop to go to the movies with my wife and daughter.

Since this thread went this way, I might as well add, building your own system is way cheaper , especially now , parts are down, I run 3 computers , one is a laptop that was bought, but since the DSL was fixed , there is no lag, even video is good since reading and following the thread about mklink that can be done in your command window.
