How do you use your paladins Seals and Judgment ?

Hi,

I am looking for a better way to deal with my tank paladins seals and judgment? Currently i am using like button 1 seal, button 2 judgment, button 3 seal.
But i am sure there are ppl using it in a castsquence macro or something else. Can i have your opinions ?

i use castsequence.

/castsequence reset=10 Seal of rightousness, Judgment, Seal of Wisdom

Ill judge wisdom before resetting this by mouse clicking most times, usually i forget. It doesnt really bother me though as everything is dead before i run out of mana.
Pallys dont need mana anyways :P

I do it real easy..

/cast Judgement/cast Seal of Righteousness
And I have on my bar SoW and SoCrus if I need mana/more threat in longer fights.
