spread out macro

Im dual boxing 2 mages and I find it difficult to manuever when my enemy starts melee attacking one of my mages. is there a macro i can make to spread out my mages?

it's covered in the wiki, but basically you keybind a key to have one strafe left, and one strafe right, or forward/backward etc
