So I am doing the last part, log in the 70 lock with the materials to summon. So we screw up the first part, no one dies but I did not reactivate the 3 items. So I'm like ok we got to do it again, my 2 70 friends are like sure np. So I start it again, and I look at my loadstone and it says 2 and I am like what that mean? So one of the items fails and I'm like ok np I got this down now. So I click on the item to reactivate it and it wont do it, and I see a message missing regent and I look at the loadstone and no numbers are showing and I am like wait what going on. Then I realize I only had 8 shards when I started and I ran out. I was like, doh I'm an ediot and I tell my friends sorry guys totally forgot to restock the shards for the summoning. And there like thats cool will try it again later on this week.

So yeah I screwed up, even after reading through the strats for the final steps multiple times I still forgot that I needed a full bag of shards to make sure that I would not have to do it more than once.

Just wanted to share with you guys see what other stuff you all have forgoten about a quest or something.

This was my second time doing this in the whole time of playing WoW and the first time I was healing now this time I was doing it for my alt toons and doh I screw up. Oh well I'll have to do it again during this week, friend already said thats cool I'll help you out.

That has to be one of my all time favorite encounters. The fight manages to be challenging, chaotic, and full of things to do. It's a shame that more raid encounters are done in a similar way, as I have never had as much fun as I did when I did that fight on my warlock.

As for soul shards, I don't mind them too much, but I would like to have the bag slot back.

Yep, agreed - if they can do a bag slot for keys, why can't they do a specific bag slot for shards / ammo?

Cheers,

Hunter - Quiver
Tanks - DPS/tank gear :P
druids - god knows how many bags full of gear.

Hell even my rogue has a bag gone from just poisons, and weapons.
Everyone has a missing bag :(
