Four gladiators . This is right after getting two matches against the same team which had two merciless glads, the rest gladiators... granted on that match I lost 7 and 6 points each, and even killed two dps on the second match.. Then I got rogued to death and the priest res'd the mage.

Which brings me to my frustration ;( I try doing arena on my druid, just solo play no boxing involved and every single team I face in 2v2 is rogue/something. Literally. I try playing my mage in 3v3 and its rogue/something/something. And now when i roll with my shamans its rogue and 4 classes. I repeatedly get them to 1%-10% and they have so many options for escaping EVERYTHING. Just bored of it, you know?

Rofl. I know how it feels, rogues are the bane of my life, to get 3 in one arena would make me cry too. Its happened before and i recall being raped, hard.

I think everyone gets bored at some time. Some bored of doing it over and over again. Some get bored of not being capable to win, but i can assure u, its a matter of time, u need to gear up to stand those uber geared teams. From the pic i noticed u have s1 helm. Upgrades make the difference, any kind of upgrade.
When ur survive longer, u get to know for a larger time frame what happened, how, and what u did wrong, making it possible to sort out srats for certain combos.

All im trying to say is, u wont learn anything on a 20 second fight, but u can do that on a 1 minute fight. U need gear for that, and lots of patience.

After farming everything possible from bg's, i went arenas and got to learn some stuff.
Whats wrong with loosing agaisnt better geared/experienced ppl? dont cry man.

Yes quite. It usually punches through cloak of shadows aswell if he pops it too late.

all i can say is that, that recipe wont work in my arenas, as long as they have preparation and an healer or 2 behind :P

that scneario usually happens to me if:

1- their completly noob
2- if their arena team sucks
3- rogue used all cd's...yammy!

the way u wrote it, butta will think it actually is easy, and he sucks :P

You got a really oddball team that won't excel that far and that seems to be the case with teams that beat us. They are the oddball's that are stuck in the 1700-1800 bracket. Once you reach over that hump you lose to teams with a higher level a skill instead of weird comps.
Though full Gladiator oddball comps do have the skill set, this type makeup here won't get them that high up :)

My plans for a feral druid, arcane mage, shockadin, resto shaman, and survival hunter will be the end of you. It will be the next fotm and i will call it, the Oddball comp.

I met a mage, mage, mage, lock, priest setup yesterday.

Got AoE'd to death pretty soon. Had only 250 resi or so.

I lol'd though, what is going around in your mind if you think: "hey, that could be an awesome comp, let's try that!" Or they were just having fun, then i'm sure they had fun with me. :)

Yeah proximo is occasionally screwing up for me, which makes it REALLY hard to do things right ;(

Thanks for the kind words everyone, I'm workin on getting the gear part taken care of. I've been trying to push ratings to get s4 helm instead of s3, and s4 boots instead of s3. But I keep getting wierd crap, and finding a healer has been difficult..

Your proximo isn't working because you have an older version of it. I had the same problem for a while. The latest version I found is on wowace vs the older version on curse.

Well, usually people are fully buffed, so firstly start off with 4x purge, that will considerably weaken the target. Secondly, in pvp gear people have 12k often easily, some classes even more! And you always have a chance to get a resist, or a stun on a char or other cc.

So you can only rely on counting on 3 spells, I think that's reasonable, so depending on yoru spelldamage and target, soften the target with lb's, most not that good geared targets will die if you purge, then 4x lb followed instantly by 4x em+ns+cl and right after that 4x shocks. For s4 geared people tho, I'd suggest softening till the target is 50%, then nuke + shock. On the other hand, since you dont have that great gear yet, You'll have to take chances using your nuke as early is possible without using it too early to screw up. :P

You can't expect any team that can get above 1500 to be one shottable by just 4x em+ns+cl. There might be some, but I wouldn't count on it. :P

That combo still works? Thought they made it so you couldn't do EM and NS anymore, that's why I haven't been using it...
