You will need to give some more info concerning your setup......
How many pc's are you running?
How many monitors?
How many instances of wow?
Need to know at least these things to begin to help answer your question. :)

You need to run WoW in windowed mode, in case that wasn't obvious from all the research you will have done before posting....

So you've bought Keyclone, read the guides here (including the video guide) and you can't get your follow macro to work, right?

I basicly havent done nothing buy started keyclone when i have 2 wows going, and then when i move my character and one screen using a,w,s,d the other one moves aswell but if i try to move it using my mouse, holding in left and right mouse button on one character is moving. And i havent touched any addons or nothing and im not finding any guide or thread that have the answers im looking for

Ok, first of all forget any idea about using the mouse to control all of your characters simultaneously - it's not going to happen in the way you think it is.
Secondly, you keep avoiding the question of whether you have bought Keyclone. You must buy it, otherwise it just won't work. It will sit on the screen looking vaguely pretty, but that's all.
If you want to use Keyclone, you must buy it.
im not finding any guide or thread that have the answers im looking for *bites tongue*

Keyclone doesnt auto spam mouse clicks across the wows unless you turn it on. If you read through the posts here and the wiki you will find that keyclone wasnt designed to constant spam mouse your supposed to turn it on for whatever you instantly need then turn it back off.
Now according to your last post it sounds like your having an issue of controlling your alt wow. This isnt a mouseclick problem this is a macro problem. Read through the wiki about the basic macros and you will see that you set your alt to /follow your main and you set your /assist macros to get then to do something when the main does.
I have my "w,a,s,d" keys unbound on the alt and have my /follow macro bound to "w" so that when I walk normally on the main it is constantly having the alt follow.
