Hellboy 2

I liked Hellboy II - mild spoilers below.

But I wouldn't have believed you if you told me I'd hear Barry Manilow. :P Guillermo del Toro ('http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0868219/') produces some interesting looking visuals. del Toro is noted as being the director for the upcoming "The Hobbit" movie, so I'm excited about that. I was *fascinated* by the creatures and the environments in HellBoy II. It was funny in places and I liked the story, a bit of emo to push it along. No massive fight scenes, but some of the creatures made what fights there were interesting. I'd watch it again, but not immediately.

I loved Speed Racer (yeah I know lol)
Iron Man was friggin awesome
and The Happening was mildly entertaining

I liked it, too. A bit more campy than the original IMO but better overall story and visuals.

I really enjoyed it.

They managed to hit a good mix between decent plot, and simple entertainment. Folk that had never seen or heard of Hellboy before were enjoying it as much as big time fans.

That and Nuada was fucking sex.

Did any one else find the falling builder dudes at start, just the most hilarious thing; I thought it was funny. After the movie, watching the wind in the trees gave me the weirdest feeling for a while...
