I hate respecing. I hate paying for it, I hate rearranging my hotbar after spells are unlearned and relearned, I hate just about everything about it. (unless there's an addon that can manage it for me...)
So, now that I have RAF, its not that hard to level up another character so i can keep both specs on separate toons, and not worry about changing it. I just gifted levels and now have a 60 druid, with level 1 gear, and I did the aquatic and bear form quests (and almost am dinging 61 from the nifty trick of leveling to 90% of a level before gifting) I want to do 4 shammy and a boomkin, and I also wanna try 4 shammy and a resto druid (and since i love healing, use the druid solo as healer to get a hang of druid healing, only have exp with holy pallies and priests thusfar.) For the 4 shammy/moonkin combo, i assume you would want to "drive" with the moonkin, as it seems the easy way of managing 2 classes in this manner. However, my 'main' account is where i have the rest of my healers, so i really wanna keep my resto druid there.
My options are:
1. Continually respec the druid, and gear him for both, and live with the inconvenience of the respec process
2. Roll another druid (or gift levels to another one) on my 'main' account and spec one balance and one resto, and use the one that suits what im doing. This adds the convenience of not respeccing, but means i have 2 characters to gear out.
3. Spec the main druid resto like i want, and roll (or gift) a druid to be balance on another account, and make him a slave to my shammies. Not sure if I'd maximize his DPS that way, or I guess I could switch which account I 'drive' from
4. ???
If I keep 2 druids on separate accounts, I have more options as far as boxing goes. That would also keep with my idea of having 'dps' accounts a 'healer' account and a 'tank' account. I think im leaning towards rolling 2 on the same acct (cause RAF is easy) but gearing 2 separate toons could be a chore, and ill always deal with having a resto item drop on my moonkin and vice versa. Maybe ill just respec...
