I have a box team of 4 locks and 1 priest now. i want the priest to cast fort on all party members. i have been trying to play with /cast target=party1 fortitude followed by part2 etc..

i cannot seem to get this to work.. is there a way to accomplish this? i saw the question posted alot in the wow forums but i did not ever see the answer. not a no or this is how you do it.

i would also like to do the same with say renew when i cast life tap. i want each press to cast renew on another target that way when i lifetap 4 times i get 4 renews on different people.

and final question. i speced shadow as it was recommended with locks, what priest spell goes good with shadow bolt? currently i using mind blast but i saw a few that only did mind blast once then followed with smite. what do you suggest?

Thanks

I highly recommend Smartbuff for managing your party buffs. It does away with any need for macros at all for that sort of thing, and you can apply different buffs to different classes based on different situations.

You can find it in a number of places, including Curse Gaming (http://wow.curse.com/downloads/details/2071/) (usual disclaimers apply to this link).

I'll leave your remaining questions to others :)

I use this macro

/targetparty
/cast power word: fortitude

Note that this only targets party members and not yourself, so i buff the group with this then myself. if you use a modifier key you should be able to target yourself for the buff.

ZOMG and Smartbuff are both great. When I am raiding i use ZOMG but for parties I like Smartbuff it feels lighter and less visual if that makes sense and fits well in smaller 5 mans.

Get smartbuff and bind the buff action button.
