I've given up hope on humanity

I've killed a good amount of people on my shamans now. ONE person in particular apparently got SO pissed off that I killed him with five characters that I think he's created a group of people that is now dedicated to searching questing areas looking for me. I've now encountered this little "Group" in Searing Gorge, Tanaris, Feralas, Winterspring and Felwood. It's composed of, what I think, is the person's main - a 70 hunter, a 70 warrior, a 60 something rogue and another 60 something shaman.

They might just be running around in these areas looking for lowbies, but any time they find me they camp me for AT LEAST a half hour - then they get bored. I got killed by them, ate dinner, took a shower, watched TV, came back and they were STILL running around my body. He has to have a toon on the horde side that can see where I am.

Do people have NO lives? I mean, honestly, coming from someone who has 5 World of Warcraft accounts and spends thousands of dollars on computer hardware, I am calling these people LOW-LIVES.

Has anyone had this problem? I've had pissed off people, but not to this extent.

I have a similar group on my server. It started in the new goblin city in Dustwallow Marsh with a 70 hunter, rogue and warlock. They are all in T6 and camped me for hours on end. Every time I would login they were on top of me within 5 mins. This went on for about 3-4 days. There was times that I would log onto my main group for a few hours then go back to the lower group and bam, 5-10 mins later there they were.

I ended up figuring out which character they had a spy watching for. I logged that character on and came with my other 4 70's to camp them continuously for 2 days. They never bothered me again :D

No you can't. Only thing you can really report is rooftop camping in Azeroth. Everything else is fair game because there is a "PvP solution".

IMO it's just as it should be, but yea it does suck if it happens to you.

I can't find the link in CS forums now, but I've seen it discussed by blue and they will spank the spy and the ganker both with a 3 hour ban.

With the boxing community in the Zerg on Mag, just mention you're on the server and are willing to dedicate yourself to continue playing there and you won't have to worry a bit about the gold/bag hookup. Honestly, what's 100g and a few bags for a fellow boxer to get started on the best US horde server for us?

On a pvp server you have to have one spare account to make a toon on the other side of the pond.

Use that toon to track your needs down.

I did this when 70 lvls started to camp my 5 man I spent days and days having fun killing them after I hit 70.

IMO it's just as it should be, but yea it does suck if it happens to you.if the same people are consistently hunting you down and camping you over multiple days/weeks you can report them and a gm will tell them to stop or face actions against their accounts..

camping someone for an hour or two isn't against the rules, doing it excessively over multiple days is.

I haven't had too much of an issue on Ravenholdt. I get ganked once and they generally moved on. I had a rogue try to camp me once. I just test rez one guy, he ambushed, then realized the other 4 didn't come back so he knew I was testing, he left after that.
I have a 70 hunter on the server, but only in s1. She's outgeared by almost everyone elses 70 at this point. I just make my list and wait till 70 for the shamans to payback themselves.

I often wonder if I should have leveled on a pve server. It seems the alliance know about MBers on Mag and love to cause havoc with their leveling. Lately I can hold my own against a 70, but if 2 show up its game over. I gotta work on my macros more X(

Had some camp yesterday.
Just outside Booty Bay (turn right and go onto the beach, then turn right again)

As I was ambling past on my 4x4-Kodos I saw a fellow hordie getting (attempted) ganked by 3 alliance.
Figuring the alliance attacked due to greater numbers I went to town on the Allies. My god I love chain heal, one of my cows got below 50% as it was being singled out, blam full hp.

Anyway, mage stayed near me killing mobs he needed, me killing the mobs I needed, alliance res and have another crack at the mage. Dead alliance.
At this point the druid resses again, but I notice the other two have gone. So the druid sets about playing around with me, killing himself on my lightning shield and acting as bait.
I keep running around, ignoring him (magma totem > druid) and keep attacking my mobs. Few minutes later Fives dead, then Four, then Three so I turn around and /golfclap the rogue ganking them.
Release, run back, res up. Then a hunter multishots. Joy!

So I log off One, run Two-Five back to their bodies, log my rogue on my main and get my fiance to come along on her druid. Res the shamans one at a time as bait.
By this time the 3 alliance had switched to their mains (Rogue, Hunter, Warlock) all in s3 or higher.
My rogue is SSC/TK/Badge/MH/BT geared, so I have 0 resil. My fiance is in 1 piece s3, 2 or so pieces s2 and some t4.
Few seconds later 3 dead alliance (Do you know how awesome it is to use gnomish paultryiser on a warlock? Try it :D)

After killing them for a while we run back to town, I get my guys back to their corpses, res and the rogue kills them again, so run back and kill the alliance again, tho the warlock runs back to the guards. So we chase him down the the guards and 3 alliance play merry hell on us. Evasion doesn't work too well when you're gettin hit from all sides :(

After about 5 minutes of them killing me I get summoned to BRD to run a guildie through, which is what I was waiting for before they started ganking my shamans.


It's funny how some people react, constant ganking when they start shit. Can't wait till 70, then I can repay them :)

I think The Zerg does a fairly good job and skooling campers. I got camped maybe 2 or 3 times once pretty bad and I add them to my KoS list and go back and pay them back! I think that helps the next zerg lowbie team a bit if you teach one bully a lesson. Makes them think twice if they see "The Zerg".

Druids or Hunters, IMO, if you're just after fun stuff. Locks are fun, too, if a bit squishy w/o gear. Do a pally + 4 hunters and you'll have a good booster for future groups with the pally.

I've decided with a Priest / 4 Lock group. Maybe not the best, but Ive already leveled shamans and hunters and I want to do something different.

Something about the PvE group makeup (Pally, DPS, Heal) group scares me with the amount of work needed.

I can make you soul shard bags once you can use 'em. ;) The Zerg has at least one of every crafter type at 350+ to help with enchants and twinking.

Oh, nice! Thanks! I'm actually taking a break for an hour or two because my beginning experiences on the server were less than extraordinary. I log on and some random idiot calls me "Pussy". I usually don't respond to people like this, but for whatever reason I did. "I don't appreciate being called a "Pussy" I said, so I reported him. The GM talks to me, says the same crap they always say, and off he goes. Five minutes later, I discover that *I* was warned on that account because I said Pussy. Are you kidding me? As soon as I saw that, I wanted to break something in my house so I had to log off.

lol...yeah, just ignore that. :P You'll get a few in the nooblet areas on mag (and barrens chat...zomg) but once you get to 30ish and out of those zones, you'll rarely see anything but positive responses or generic "WTF" stuff.
