I was wondering if anyone knows of a better way for healing than using macros that have /target /assist, or /focus. I know that there is a latency between the targets, so you have to wait about 1 second before you can assist someone who has changed targets and get the updated target. But the thing is, I've died a few times because I've gone to heal when I was low on health because of this latency issue.
But is there a better way of healing than this? I know that you can always make a macro for every heal that has every party member in it, but I do not have that many keys. Anyone have any ideas to make the healing easier than waiting 1 second after switching targets and then using the assist macro?
One I thought of might be if I could click a macro on my paladin, and have it so when I mouse over a portrait my priests will heal that portrait. But I'm not sure if that would be possible or not.
