Hey, (SORRY 4 My bad english)

I buyed keyclone and want to tested it. Now i started with the two windows for add and it works if i jump both jump. but the same walk is very hard cause they run in the other way and i did a follow marco but this dont work ! and assit dont work too got somebody a nice setup for me and can help me please im very newbie!!!

hi truestar... welcome to dual-boxing

when you try to get your clone to follow your main, you must use the /follow in-game macro. you must also be aware of 'falling off follow'... which can happen whenever you use the keyboard to turn and those keys get passed to the clone.

my suggestion would be to use the mouse to drive (left + right click and hold)... once you get to a site, stop, click on your target.. and hit the /assist macro

this should get both characters on the same target. be aware of latency issues and /assist.

Well how i use it ? I createt an ingame macro with /assist CHARNAME and /follow charname (of the main)

but it dont work the second char who i control dont assist or follow why that?:(

you need to create the in-game macros and put the icons on the action bar of your clone. leave those action keys blank for your main.

set them as follows on your clone: (this is just an example)

/assist ==> 8
/follow ==> 9

make sure your main does not have anything in those buttons

make sure both wows are added to keyclone. (should only have 2 wows listed)

make sure the override button is not pushed in (override stops keys from passing between clones)

make sure your do-not-pass list is empty and white-list is not checked (this is the default)

hit the key for your follow macro, 9, and watch the icon to see if it changes.

i dont understand so this macro i dont add in my main window? only clone? but then i must always switch to clone to hit they macro?

the macro is only on the clone... but when you hit the key while on your main, which will be ignored by your main, the key will go to your clone window.. and hit the macro... making your clone assist or follow your main

how i can see which window is the main? i tryed to do the macro on clone window put in action bar 5 and clicked on the main 5 but dont worked!

prinzip von keyclone und dual/multiboxing ist eigentlich recht simpel.

man legt sich zwei accounts an, auf jedem account erstellt man sich einen charakter.

nun lädt man sich keyclone runter und startet dies. Im Normalfall werden sofort die WoW Sessions erkannt und er springt darauf an.

Beide Charaktere stehen nun im Startgebiet und man sucht sich den Charakter aus, welcher von nun an dein Main Char sein wird und welchen du lenkst. Die anderen Charaktere folgen diesem Main Char einfach nur.

Bereits durch die Bewegung oder Hüpfen müsstest du sehen das Keyclone funktioniert. Beide Charaktere agieren gleichzeitig und machen das selbe.

Nun nimmt man sich den Alt Char (das Gegenteil vom Main Char) und aktiviert dort das Makro Menü. Einfach ESC drücken und du kommst in ein Makro Fenster.

Dort erstellt man ein neues Makro wie z.B. "/assist Mainchar".
(Mainchar muss hierbei durch den Namen deines Mainchars ersetzt werden).

Dieses Makro zieht man irgendwo aus der Leiste hinaus und legt es auf einen freien Platz. Durch drücken der dort hinterlegten Taste wird das Makro nun ausgeführt. Auf dem Main Char ist das Makro nicht vorhanden und die Taste nicht belegt, somit macht der Main Char nichts während der Alt das Makro ausführt und das Ziel anvisiert welches dein Main Char im Target hat.

Ich empfehle ein Addons wie Bongos welches es dir erlaubt die ganzen Tasten (120 Stück maximal in WoW) mit Buchstaben etc. zu belegen.

Ansonsten kann ich auf meinen Blog in meiner Signatur hinweisen auf welchem auch sehr viele Dinge erklärt werden.

I wish we could create Characters on the US Realms

like Magtheridon-US, we should stickie a post for a euro server where everyone could get together... so euro-boxers could meet up in-game

I would if there actually WAS a single multiboxing server where there were more than 1 or 2 boxers. From what I can tell, there are 10+ servers with boxers on it.

put up a poll with the 10 euro servers to choose from... stickie the winner and over time, like Magtheridon, people will gravitate

danke für deine hilfe. Ich hab aber noch nicht ganz verstanden bei dem alt also das macro erstellen dann in die taskleiste ziehen aber dann muss ich ja jedesmal umswitchen zu den windows also vom main auf den alt window umswitchen und das macro benutzen, oder wie? ist doch viel zu umständlich! und mit dem bewegen ist das auch komisch der bewegt isch immer weg von mir der alt wenn ich strafe z.b oder so kann man da was machen? Könnten wir uns evtl mal ig treffen oder im Ts2 oder ICQ? Wäre super Lieb!
