Help Please Can't access my Keyclone

I got a virus, and had to reformat my HDD. I remember reading that Keyclone would always remember the "code" of some sort of my PC, and would ID me as a member in that way, but now I've reloaded it, and its saying I need to renew a license, what do I do, who do I contact, where do I go?
