Rouge/Hunter-prob

HI !
I have two accounts and use keyclone. First i dualboxed two 70-Hunters and was amazed cuz that combo rocks everything down^^. Now have a little Prob with my Rouge/Hunter-Team. My Rouge(70) is the "Main"-Char and the hunter(70) is the toon that follows him. I want the fight to look like this: Hunter casts assist rouge/mark/petattack on rouges target while rouge vanishes. Then rouge attacks with cheap shot and hunter starts fight with a biteshoot. Everything with the buttons works well. But theres one big problem: The hunter follows the rouge till he is too close at the mob to shoot. How can i make the hunter STOP FOLLOWING the rouge when the combat begins ? Has anyone an idea of a makro or any ability that makes him stop following when the fight starts ?

jusr bind a key for your hunter to move forward, back, left or right and then tap that key when you want him to stop

k, i already thought about that but can i manage stopping him using a makro or another button from the bar ?

No, you can't macro movement.

Most people don't use the ` button (left quote, to the left of the one button), so just go into your toon's bindings and make ` move backwards. tap that, then hit your mark / pet attack / stealth button and proceed to pwn.
