I read the Blizz FAQ on RAF but this is not clear. Lets say Vet 1 refers New 1. New one then makes two toons, and both go to 60. Will alts on Vet 1 account get 30, or 60 levels? I guess my question is, is there a limit to how many free levels refered account can gift back to the vet.

Thanks as always.

On the refered account, if you were to level toons to 60 you could boost the vet toon to 60, may take 2 toons and a level or so. Just remember, that its every 2 levels you gain, so the first level you are able to give it to another lowbie is level 3 not 2. So a character that you level to 60 on the slave account only leveled 59 times, so 58 are eligble for granting, so thats 29, so 2 toons at 60 can boost a toon to lvl 58 from 1. I'd say get it a few levels before you start granting, level 1-2-3-4 xp is a little less then 58-59-60.

and try to get your new character up to 99% of a level before dumping free levels on him, you keep your percentage of xp after being granted levels. so after you grant him up to 60 the first quest will get him to 61, it's like getting another level free.

The main restrictions are the new account can only gift up to the same level they are. You can make 10 new toons level them all to 30 and have 14 levels per toon to gift but you would only be able to take any toon on the vet account to 30. The other restriction is it only is for the duration of the RAF program (90days).

Both the new account toon and the toon from the vet account needs to be in a group then right click the vet toon picture and you will have an option to gift levels to that toon.

I've asked a GM about this and you will not be able too grant the same Vet character 60 levels. Too get him "granted" to 60 you will need to manualy play him too 30. Doesn't matter if you level 2x60 or not.

Doesn't matter if you level 2x60 or not.that GM was wrong, i've leveled a few new alts to 60 granting them 40+ levels from two RAF accounts. you can grant levels from 1-60 if you don't feel like doing the first few levels yourself.

Yes you can gift as many levels as you like provided the gifting character is higher than the receiving character... However, a single character may not grant more than 29 levels. It's in the FAQ.

I ran into this problem gifting my Warlocks to 60.99. Thankfully I had two sets of 60's I'd RAF boosted prior so it all worked out in the end.

That would be interesting if it were possible or if you would have to wait for 57 when they exit.

I heard this before and it sounds like a great "trick" that may or may not be intended. I wonder if jumping up a level later on will reset the xp in it, though it would not be a whole LEVEL and just a few bubbles...
