RAF how many NEW accounts do I actually need?

I currently have 3 accounts (down from 6 I used to have) but I am think of using the RAF system to boost 2 characters I currently have from 38 to 60 and get 4 more 60s out of the deal.

If I am reading the threads here correctly I can use 2 main accounts to invite 2 new accounts to the game, I can then use all 4 of these accounts to level together to level 60 with triple xp for all, I can then grant 30 levels (some say 29 levels) to the 2x 38s on the main accounts to take them to 60 with some levels left over.

So I would end up with 6x lvl 60s over 4 accounts 2 old and 2 new?

Sorry if that sounds confusing, because well I am a little confused but very exited by this idea if it will work out, could give me what I need to get my horde team sorted.

2 old, 2 new
4 chars 1 group @ X3 xp from 1 to 60 = 60 levels to gift
gift 22 levels to each 38 = 44 gift levels for 2 60s
final total = 6x 60s, 16 gift levels left.

It is 29 gift levels. Since you start at level 1, that doesn't count. At 60, you have leveled 59 times. When you cut that in half, they drop the half level and you get 29 levels to gift. So you can get a free level 59 if you gift at level 1, but honestly it's just easier to get the gift characters to 20 or so first and save those levels for another character.
