Well it didnt work...

So im back to a dummy button on my main and
#showtooltip
/cast [target=focustarget] healingspell --On my slaves i have my main as focus ofc.

Bummer :)
Simply there isnt any command to target your targets focus (However if there is please do post)
and yes the delay before your targets target is shown is bigger than the delay of Keyclones cycle.
3points to the second poster in this thread :P

In theory, a zero lag, zero ping internet, I believe it should work. However in practice I suspect it wont, or at least, not well. The issue you are going to run into here is the delay on setting a focus that the slave toons can see. Your focus (locally) will be set instantly but the change of focus will need to go up and back to the server before the rest of the party can see it resulting in a delay equal to your server ping. Since you want to heal the mouseover target from the slave the slave will hit that heal spell at the same instant (by virtue of key sending) as you set the focus on the main. At the instant the spell is cast on the slave the main toon may or may not have a focus target that the slave is able to see.

I already get this kind of issue with the focusless/leaderless/targetless system I'm using. If I hit a spell cast hotkey immediately after changing target the slaves will often continue to cast at the mains previous target.

It may be that targetfocus will provoke a server query at cast time to get the actual target which would make this more likely to work. But again since we are casting at the same moment we are setting the target it will be hit and miss which message arrives at the server first.

Aha! that would explain those times I hit the lightning bolt hot key and see the bolts go off the side of my screen towards some mob I had briefly targeted a few seconds before as I attack current target with main. :-D
