Forgive me if this is the wrong forum, but can someone explain this bit of code to me please?

According to wiki:

Bind the assist macro to a key inside your WoW interface, for instance "=". Prepend all your broadcast keys
with "{= down}{= up}" effectively simulating an assist before using any commands.
~Numpad5::ClonesPush("{3= down}{= up}{Numpad5 down}{Numpad5 up}")
So when Numpad5 is pressed, it effectively presses 3 down correct? (Which is where currently my assist macro is binded to). Isn't this, however, pressing two keys as one, thus, botting?

I'm not sure, but either way you can /assist inside any macro in WoW so there is 0 need to do this in the first place.

Since this is about AHK, I'm going to move it to the software forum.

AHK scripts are not known to be newbie friendly, sadly. >.< If you can, try to make in-game macros and leave AHK to just act as a multiplexer.
