Feature Request: Default Keymap (or additional keymaps)

I'd love the ability to set a single keymap as default for all my clients, or the ability to set two keymap files to one client...

The reason is I have some pretty stock keymaps that I use on everyone (ctrl-F1-F12, shift, F1-F12, etc) adn some more specific ones... this would let me load a main file instead of maintaining changes in 4-12 files...

Right, I'm looking for more of a global keymap that would be parsed along with a client specific keymap. To get around the issues associated with modifier keys I simply have keymaps for all of them, ctrl1-0, alt1-0, etc... these are used by every single client and their only purpose is to translate the modifiers into hotstrings and back. (if modifiers are 100% this isn't even needed anymore, but last I checked, people were still having trouble with them and I haven't seen any KeyClone patch notes saying they were fixed)
