My 1xPally, 4xShaman team hit 70 today :) . A good thing I'd think but I have to admit I'm rather at a loss as to the best way to proceed.

My goal is to get geared as quickly as possible so that I can start doing heroics...

Other threads on this subject have talked pvp, running instances, doing dailies... What would you do in what sequence? I'm not real bright so specifics are appreciated ^^

ie 1) Go to Ironforge and sign up for AVs and run them 5000x then 2) go run Mana Tombs 1000x 3) Go run Ramparts backwards 25x

If there is a specific thread that covers this in detail let me know :S . I searched and read what i could find.

Thanks!

Myself.

1. Earn 20k for epic mounts
2. PvP - Occasional instance to help a friend out

:P I totally skipped PVE because it doesn't hold as much interested for me. TO each his own wooooooo.

PS. Deception was crap
P-subPPS- Grats on 70 :)
PPS. When you say you want to get geared do you mean for PvE or PvP?

Hehe...geared for PVE  To get there though I'd be more than happy to PVP 8| I can only imagine what a sped I'll look like at first. 5 solid years of PvP on Daoc but WOW PvP is sooooo different. Get epic flying mounts is definitely noted and on the list...not sure how dailies work but people always say they are the best way to make money? Thanks for the grats and the response!

Advice:

Reroll Horde and play the side for adults, by adults.

I'd go to wow-loot.com, go to the "Shaman" page and look at all the non-heroic instance upgrades, then grind each instance until you have each drop for each toon, working up in difficulty to the 70 instances, then I'd do hmmm.... probably SV -> Mech -> Bot -> Arc -> SH -> SL.... but other people may have different opinions about what order to do level 70 instances on regular difficulty, then just switch to "heroic" mode on that website and work your way up again the same way (harder to grind of course since you can only do each heroic once a day)

Start doing the SSO dailies every day. I grab the 3 quests that are in the building you get ported too. Then grab the other 2 quests across the way and the one on the boat. I can do all of these in ~20mins and it nets me ~400g a day.

I am not sure how important surviablity is for your shamen seeing as you have a tank but you might want to pick up the "starter pvp set" the seer's set that you can get from rep vendors.

Thanks for the info on dailies! I did exactly what you said...definitely took me more than 20 min since I am on a pvp server but well worth the time. Needless to say being a new multiboxer at SSO was like going to prison. The horde all jumped me en mass at first and then after they figured out I hurt they tended to stay at a distance. Tried AV too and it was a blast! I'll try the SV -> Mech -> Bot -> Arc -> SH -> SL progression this weekend to see how far I can get as I'm currently geared. My paly is up to 490 defense but only 10k hps and 79.44% mitigation ;(
