Ok... I use KavoomKM with Keyclone. It is a nice setup... right up until one of my systems dies. Kavoom has this retarded online licensing system that keeps track of your licenses. If there is no way to remove a license from a dead system, you are basically screwed until you get the not very responsive or helpful moron over at Kavoom to reset your licenses.

I *HATE* this kind of inconvenience. Stupid licensing schemes like this is what drives people to reverse and remove online licensing from apps.

Sorry if this steps on any toes.... just one mans opinion and justification for loading up IDA.

Doesn't KavoomKM just do the same thing Synergy does ?

Sorry you've had bad luck with them. I haven't had a system die with KaVoom on it. I have transferred licenses which wasn't so painful, but adding a license to an existing license was kind of sucky. I had to unlicense the original two then relicense all three computers with the new "key" to include the third computer, or else Kavoom would not recognize the third computer. I haven't had any problems with the software though.

The Synergy "spin of doom"?

No sir. To KavoomKM's credit, it works flawlessly.
