RAF and Drop Rates

Okay maybe its me but anyone else getting better drop rates when partying as a RAF account? My gnomes have had 12 blues and the epic ring from SM and there only 30? or am i just having bloody good luck?

I got an epic ring from SM when RAF boosting.

I never got one when I boosted 12 other guys before RAF.

I guess if you look at the point of view that bliz are using this to attract "New" players it would make sense to increase the WOW factor of drops (excuse the pun)

Got the ring on my second run.

Got Gloves of Holy Might in Feralas and quite a number of BoE blues (didn't count them).

Not RAF.

Probably just luck. I boosted my group through SM a while back (non-RAF) and got a ring on my second run. It also only took me 6 runs to get the staff+robe+shoulders on all 4 of my alts (although the hat from cath took me close to 20 -.-)

8)I level'd mages from 1-60 on RAF accounts, didn't get one blue or purple world drop.

would be easier coding wise and make more sense to just increase drop rates in low level areas across the board, wouldn't it?

2 years before multiboxing, I only saw one epic drop. After multiboxing, I've had 4 drop. So far one epic dropped in ZF after RAF. Maybe it's because I'm doing way more instances. But, I also only loot 3.72% of them time as I want to get through the instance as soon as possible. I got the epic in ZF only because I was looting for troll tempers.

I was pretty happy when I was leveling in hillsbrad with my 28 shamans when I found that Twisted Chanter's Staff dropped.

On another note, I've never had a proper epic drop - never. I've been playing about 2 years on a 70 rogue / 65 pala, etc, and nothing. Only instance epics.

I got the epic SM ring too!! And like 1 BOE blue. I am boosting 4 groups of two through there as well. I think it is just the RNG playing tricks on us.

I should have given the ring to my boosting pally too but I didn't :/

Had a Ranger's Bow drop last night in Gnomer (I had to kill Thermoplugg for old time's sake... and 15k XP). I've been running around with 4 RaF's and a lvl 70 mage and haven't been looting but figured I might need more cloth. I was rather surprised to see the drop.
