Trinket discussion

So i'm a little bit confused about trinkets for my 5 shammies and was hoping to get some help.

I have a choice of 3 trinkets:

Xi'ri's Gift ('http://www.wowhead.com/?item=29179')
Icon of the Silver Crescent ('http://www.wowhead.com/?item=29370')
Battlemaster's Audacity ('http://www.wowhead.com/?item=34579')

Here is the problem- if i use the first 2, i can get any bosses down that i want, they apparently stack. BUT- i always see people use the second two when I check out armories. My spell damage unbuffed using the second 2 is like 930. Any ideas?

they use the 3rd cause most people concentrate on PVP so the +health is an emergency oh shit button to stop execute or to buy you time to squeeze a heal out. if your PVE instance grinding id go with what ever gives you the most dps increase over time.

I think you see battlemaster's because most people can get honor a lot more easily than they can get 41 badges.

Are you sure that Xi'ri Gift and Icon of the Silver Crescent stack. Wowhead says they share the same cooldown. If you have some gold saved up you could go for 5 of the +63 spell damage alchemy trinkets. The intial investment to level 5 alchemy is ~3k with around another ~2k for the mats for the trinket. I did this on all my toons and love it. 5 transmutes a day makes me very very happy.

People use the last two (or other trinkets) because 47 spell dmg >>> 32 crit rating.
