Just make them look good. As everybody knows - exterior looking computer = awesome. Even if it has a '89 Celica engine or '89 Celeron chip in it. Just as long as it has a spoiler. Not shaped like a proper air foil because who needs that?

earlier last week we had a few part suggestions to be added, including a limited edition nvidia graphics card and 4gig of memory added to the config. If anyone else has a suggestion or a request to see a specific part feel free to email me or msg me here.

Feel free to ask me any questions regarding Infamous Platforms, i am more then willing to help!I'm curious why on your big nasty $5000 box I can only choose 2gb of ram.... the video cards have more available ram when you are done than the system...

Thats actually a little bug in the system, the devs are enabeling the 4-8gig ddr3 on the 790i board right now.

Any chance of lower price, lower end pcs setups so that someone could buy 4 or 5 of them and do hardware boxing?

Just a thought.

that has been asked a few times, what are the requirements for hardware boxing pc's....

For 1 account per box, the actual PCs themselves require very minimal hardware. WoW does not really take much hardware to run (which is why we can run 5+ instances on a single box), remember it's almost 4 years since release and the graphics engine has not changed much at all.
I have a friend who is now 3-boxing on an... Intel E7200, some $40 ECS mainboard, 2GB of RAM and an x1650 I donated him (~S30 video card now). It runs perfectly fine, 50+ fps on main.. little bit of lag in cities and such but completely playable. Cost was maybe 200$ but even if you had to buy all the other bits (case, PSU, HDD, etc) it's maybe $300-350 if you go cheap no-bling setups.

Salutations, I know this sound impractical on a widespread level, but very appealing to multiboxers, is to have a Custom order solution. Say we want 4 wow minimal pcs that can run wow @ 50 fps on a 17'. We give you our price range and you work your magic ;P? I understand though that most the pcs that hardware boxers look at are wow minimalistic, sometimes not so great compared to even the cheapest of retail pcs. I do like having a warranty for things that go wrong lol.

Eh, the idea of being able to buy 4-5 machines at a reasonable price is pretty appealing...But i doubt you could do it cheap enough to entice someone willing to build the 5 machines themselves.

Maybe with excess/old parts, or something. I also sorta vowed never to buy a non-rack case again, after switching, hehe.

Anyway, for reference, when I build my last 2 machines for my hardware 5box, it cost 658.86 from NewEgg after shipping. Granted, they were baseline wow machines. (AMD X2 6400, 2 gigs of ram, 250 gig HD, geforce 8500, a biostar mobo, and a cheap psu/case). That was for two machines, so thats 329.43 each. Both run wow at about 50-60 FPS out of town, but stay over 30 FPS in town. Never raided with them, though.

Kinda have to wonder what exactly a warranty is worth, and not having the hassle of putting it together yourself. Maybe I'm exceptionally lucky, but I've only ever had 1 component go out in less than a year, and that was a stick of ram that died inexplicably 1 month after purchase. I've had lots of things die, but its stuff I've had shuffling between comps for years hehe.

Send me your exact specs you want ( or are curious about ) and i will put a build together to see if i can match your price with the warranty / build.
