Addon for evaluating Ele Shaman Gear

I've done the searches and have yet to come up with a good answer on this. For my ele shamans what is a good addon for evaluating whether a new piece of equipment is better than my old one? I use tankpoints for my warrior/tankadin and it works great. Is there an equivalent for casters? I tried Pawn but the only scale setup I could find didn't seem to accurate for a new 70. RatingBuster was interesting but didn't seem to give me what I was looking for. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

The best addon is in your head. Get an addon such as RatingsBuster, It will breakdown what everything on the item to raw stats, from there read up on some good Ele shaman guides, I would check out the one on Elitist Jerks.

Pawn is an addon that integrates in your tooltips, you can give values to certain stats and this will be used to calculate an itemscore for an item. A basic set of values can be downloaded from the official addon forum.

I personally use ratingbuster and multi-tooltip addon to see what item is better.
