Dual box with 2 clients on one PC?

Playing DAOC, is it possible to Dual Box to control 2 clients on 1 PC? how if so?

As long as it allows you to play in Window mode and your PC can handle it.

Yes the PC can handle it and can do window mode, but HOW would I go by setting this up?
