Greetings!

I've been dual-boxing for a couple of weeks on a dual-monitor set-up the hard way - tabbing/clicking between WoW windows and generally doing a lot of stuff via auto-attack. I have a Warrior and Warlock at L70 on one account and a 70 Paladin and 67 Hunter on another, planning to play them as a Warrior/Pala combo and a Warlock/Hunter pair. I've just bought a Logitech G11 keyboard (same as the G15 but without the LCD panel) and want to know how I can set things up to use the G buttons to control my 2nd character and only my second character, since the combos and timings would be so different. Especially since I plan to BOTH tank and heal instances for friends levelling to 80. Basically I want to have the G1-6 buttons bound to target specific party members and heal, G7-12 as movement/follow macros - effectively WASD for the second window, G13-18 as other stuff, not sure yet. Or on my Hunter, G1-6 as assist/attack macros.

I'm assuming I need to use something like Keyclone, except that I don't want to -clone- the keys, I want to assign half my keyboard to the non-active window.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

search the forums for logitech and you'll get some nice stuff :)

First of all, you'll probably NEED to use keyclone in order to NOT shuffle focus from window to other window.

Also, the G11 keys aren't always picked up by WoW (from my experience). What I had to do was use the logitech software to map one g key to some crazy key combination -- such as ctrl+shift+\, or other complex things you'd never press otherwise.

Then map that key combination to a bar on the 2nd toon -- and don't map it on the first. When you press it, it'll be sent to both clients, but the first client doesn't have anything mapped to it, so nothing happens.

I figured that might be the case. Okay, thanks :)
