I know that there is a text file in the Wow folder that pertains to each characters macros, but is there also a file for keybindings (aka what each keystroke does)? I'd love to set up one of my 4 warlocks and just copy some files over to the other computers rather than have to individually set up every computer each time I get a new spell.

Don't have my system infront of me so can't say what the files name is but I have always just taken the entire contents of the account folder (in the WTF folder) and copied to the other accounts. That has always worked for me in the past.

This includes keybindings? I'll have to try it out when I get home from work.

To clone this, the files you're looking for are:
\Games\World of Warcraft\WTF\Config.wtf
\Games\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\<accountname>\macros-cache.txt
\Games\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\<accountname>\SavedVariables.lua
\Games\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\<accountname>\bindings-cache.wtf
\Games\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\<accountname>\SavedVariables\SuperMacro.lua <-- if you have SuperMacro macros defined
\Games\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\<accountname>\chat-cache.txt
\Games\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\<accountname>\layout-cache.txt
\Games\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\<accountname>\macros-cache.txt
That will get, respectively:
Main config (screen rez, video/audio settings, etc.)
Account macros
General settings
Keybinds
Supermacro macros
Chat window tabs and channels
Window positions
Character-specific macros
And don't forget to copy any addons over before you launch WoW as it will lose your addon settings if the addons aren't loaded launch into the game.
