I love using this software, infact I use this even when not playing Wow, the ability to have my keyboard/mouse span multiple screens makes life a ~lot easier. My only problem though is in the toggle keys.
I use F2, F3 and F4 to toggle off keys, clicks and cursor and such, which is great for gameplay, but not-so-great when not playing the game ! F3 be damned, but I miss being able to hit f2 and f4 =(
Any idea how to use toggle keys as their actual keys when not playing WoW but let those keys toggle when WoW'ing ?

When you stop playing WoW, hit your "Bypass" keybind. That'll take Octopus out of the picture so you'll work normally. I have to do the same thing when I get firewall confirmation popups.
[edit] Do you have the option for "Pause whilst alt+tabbed" checked?

I explored that, but it didn't do the trick. Bypass seems to disable the whole thing, which is sadly not quite what I was looking for either. The KVM (or rather KM) feature is great; i.e. controlling multiple screens/computers with a single keyboard mouse. I'd like to keep that enabled, just allow the toggles buttons to work as their own keys as well. Now I've seen the solution where you map a button to itself, but that only works on the target windows (It'll map F2 to F2 for Warcraft), but I'm looking for it to map to itself, or rather function as it's own key for all applications.

Wait, have you tried adding those keys to the Server-->Passthru page? I just realized I have pause (my master "pause" octopus button) in that list and it works in Windows. Might give that a shot. ;)

Yeah nah there is no way to do this. If you disabled broadcast/mapping pausing the F keys would pass through in windows but then still function as toggles.

I just had a thought:
possibly, if you map F2-F4 to a different key, bind the target to a toggle.. then the toggle works in game, but when auto pause is on... it should revert to the normal key... and not toggle and thus pass through..
