My monitor is 1920x1200

I want four (4) screens 960x600 each.

There is no 960x600 offered in WoW video options

There is no 960x600 in Keyclone video options

When I try setting WoW to a higher resolution but the same ratio - then manually typing in 960x600 in keyclone, it looks crappy - not scrunched or distorted, just crappy.

How do I set this up? Thanks

you'll have to edit your config.wtf file..

Change (or add) this line
gxResolution "900x600"

then save and make sure you make this "read only" or else wow will change it on every exit.

Keyclone you just need to setup your regions how you want. Manually type in the resolutions.

Manually type in the resolutions.I don't know what I was doing before - I thought I had typed in the resolution, but must not have hit apply or something. I kept trying and it ended up looking ok. When I went to edit my config.wtf as indicated above, it was already set with that resolution, so my bad. I fat fingered something. All I needed to do was set the resolution in maximizer.
