Does KeyClone work for EQII?

I don't know anything about EQ2 but this is from the developer notes of the program:

keyclone v1.7g 10oct2007a is available here:

outstanding issues or upcoming features:
o does not currently work with LoTRO, CoH, EQ or EQ2 (according to users) ... reported solution requires InnerSpace by LavishSoft
