I am able to get it working and everything, however I was wondering if there is a way to put a delay on the clicks so that it has to wait a second before each follow up clicks from the different clients it passes through. Please help, Thank you.

Delays = automation = TOS/EULA Violation

the previous poster is right, you can NOT do any type of delays in passing information to your client copies of wow. this includes keyboard click delays or mouse click delays.

however, your post is completly vague and devoid of any useful information like which program you are using (auto hotkey, synergy, octupus, keyclone, etc ) , your number of PCs, how many screens etc.
Had your question been a valid one that wasn't against the rules nobody could have answered your question.

Key / mousebutton press delay is considered automation... what application are you attempting to use this for? I suppose it's possible that it is allowed in some games, but I doubt anyone will tell you how to do this here though as it is against the ToS of almost every game that most people here multibox.

I can tell you that it is not possible to do this with Keyclone.
I can also tell you that it is possible to do with AHK -- I don't know exactly how myself but it is possible.
