I know most people dual or multi box the same class. I've thought about it but I only plan on dual boxing to level so that at 70 (or 80) I have more options for types of characters to play. I recently got keyclone and followed a guide to set it up and everything is working fine. I tried messing around playing a rogue/mage thing but that was a little tricky for my first one. Anyone have a link to a guide or list of good combo's to dual box? I'm thinking mage/ele sham.
- Thanks

Usually you try to group similar spells to the same keypress, like mind flay and life drain, and use round robin howl or terror/psyschic scream on the same button. You'd probably want at least 1 button left for just shadow bolt spamming and keep mind blast on a different one. I've never played a lock or priest though but when multiboxing the main thing to remember is that similar spells have to be grouped! Also make sure you use a [nochanneling] modifier.

I have been playing a druid/shaman personally, and I have all of the shaman's ability's as the F# buttons, and the druid's as 1-0. It's a lot of button pressing this way, but you have more control over what you want to do, and IMO it's not that much more button pressing than playing a rogue, haha.
I will note though that I also tried out a mage/warlock combo and it's a lot easier to make shadow bolt/fireball as the same button since they have the same cast times, cool downs, etc, as well as a few of their other spells that are very similar.
