I've got pip switching all set up as described in the other thread, so I no longer have a true "main". Problem I'm running into when switching a lot of the main window will become restricted in fps, and one of the slave windows (previously the main) will be running at 100 fps even though it's supposed to be in the background. I seem to be able to fix it by clicking back and forth a few times, but in the meantime it slows things down especially in the heat of battle.
Thanks for any help.

100 fps?! why would you ever set it to that? anything over 50 is a waste of cpu/gpu... and its a good idea to leave some cpu left over when you need it
as for the fps not dropping.. .that's due to blizzard not recognizing that it has lost focus, and dropping to the lower limit. moving your mouse in and out of the window (if you have focus follow mouse checked) will drop it to maxfpsbk
hopefully on the next release it will behave better
