Keyclone and "Always on Top"

For whatever reason, my first window always stays on top of any other window. In the maximizer settings, I've selected the window thats doing it and I've unchecked "Always on Top" and hit Apply, but it NEVER fixes it! What am I doing wrong?

check your command for that window. did you set it as 'always on top' ?
also check the region in the maximizer.. is it set to always on top?

All I did was just go into the maximizer setting and turned off "Always on Top" for the box that was doing it a few times. For whatever reason it didnt work the first three times I did it, but it eventually fixed itself.
