It might have been faster to do a network install using 1 cd copied to a server then download the patch files locally (from the server) rather than physically open 27? boxes and install / patch from scratch.

Both ways work though!

Those are the legs of my female "helper". I just loaded one copy to my main computer and use the 1Gig lan to copy to the other 5. Im going horde 25 elem shaman tauren and 1 blood elf prot pal. Gonna re research servers though. Need one with lots of alliance on it, and few horde, I want many targets and oppenets who been winning for awhile so they dont care about me winning a little bit. Not going Magtheridon though. Started to load in CD keys but Ill wait for morning to get help reading all of them lol ...

We just ripped open the boxes, got the CD keys and the trial codes out and threw everything in the trash. $29.99 each from amazon. Now Ill be out the $2,000 or so for 26 x 6 months ... gonna hit my bank account but hey ... gonna have 27 accounts (one for 2 months) so I can get all mounts but one account Ill close after the 2 months.

As stated those are not my legs, those are of my Female helper..... She has shorts on, but didnt want a full body picture taken. Im doing 26 because I have 6 computers.

5 each on 5 computers with low graphics and resolution and the prot pal on the 6th main computer with all the graphics on.

Sounds like you are looking for a PvP server, but if it doesn't matter, Windrunner, has a rediculous Horde/Alliance ratio. Alliance has cleared Sunwell, has a guild that is #30 in the entire US, while Horde hasn't even killed Illidan. The difference is amazing.

Sam, I'm not sure if you considered latency, but if you haven't seen this page some good info there: http://www.wowwiki.com/US_realm_list_by_datacenter Create a test character on server at each data center and get a good average to see what will work best.

Is it just me or does that not make it better? :) maybe nostalgia but I loved my server back before BGs. Being the underdog ruled :) victories were oh so sweet :)
