I'm hoping Rob can answer this odd maximizer layout wish.

I'm not sure if it's possible ..but I'd like to do this:

2 Monitors, 1 computer. Dual output. Have had to go with horizontal span to avoid choppiness of dual view.

1st monitor .. 22" widescreen. 1680*1050. Have it set up horizontally (normal)

2nd monitor 22" widescreen..also 1680*1050 but would like to have it vertically. Essentially making it's 1050*1680

I'd like to runt he main on the first screen..and 4 slaves ont he 2nd

So the left monitor would be horizontal, and the right would be vertical. I've got a nvidia vid card so I can get the layout to do this with my two monitors - I'm just not sure if keyclone can work with it??? I hope this makes sense...

Know what I mean? I'd have 4 525*840 res slaves on the 2nd screen..and 1 1680*1050 on the main. Not sure how to get keyclone to do this though with maximizer.

Is this possible??

Alternaitvely ..is there a way to get maximizer to take regions and rotate them? Since I'm rotating the entire display....

However I'm thinking that might bork PIP....

If you've already got the monitor set up to run sideways (meaning if you drag a window over there, text and such appears right side up), then keyclone should recognize resolution of the monitor as 1050x1680 in it's maximizer setup and you can set up the four windows as you normally would. However, I'm not sure you can get Windows to recognize the sideways monitor in horizontal span mode; I think that requires dual view. If you can't do that, there's nothing that keyclone can do for you.

That said, I don't know why you'd want tall, skinny windows for your clones, but I'm sure you have your reasons. :P

do-able.. but not recommended... as it'd just look weird if you had to pip swap to adjust to losing your main
