You can't just try to run the app 2x. There is a section in the wiki as well as on wowwiki on running multiple copies of applications on a mac. You'll either have to copy the wow directory to a second spot and go from there or copy part of it and use symbolic links to have the multiple copies share files.

1. You have to duplicate your WoW folder to open up multiple copies in OS X, you can't open the same one multiple times.
2. KeyClone is Windows-only, try CloneKeys (http://www.dual-boxing.com/wiki/index.php/Clonekeys) for OS X.
3. If your laptop is a mac, I don't believe CloneKeys has a software KVM component, you may have to boot them both into Windows and run KeyClone.

So i stated using clonekeys and it works, but if there is no DO-not-pass how can i control my toons?

The original author wanted you to just unmap the movement keys. A follow up project (ClonedKeys at http://code.google.com/p/clonedkeys/ ) has a checkbox to not pass the WSAD keys.

So i stated using clonekeys and it works, but if there is no DO-not-pass how can i control my toons?unfortunately with the clonekey, if you want to control one toon and not the other, you have to disable those keys on the second toon via key bindings.
