Hi all.

I recently transferred 2 of my characters to other accounts so I could multibox and have been trolling this board for a few weeks. I've got a pally tank, fire mage, shadow priest team and have been having a blast in heroics/kara. Anyway, I'm having some targetting trouble after my main gets feared. The slaves just refuse to target my main's target. I'm using a simple /assist <player name> macro for each character. Everything is fine after I manually retarget anything on the slaves, but this is quite annoying as it's hard enough just trying to gather everyone up. For reference, here's how I have it setup:

toon1:
<key1> -> do nothing
<key2> -> /assist toon2
<key3> -> /assist toon3

toon2:
<key1> -> /assist toon1
<key2> -> do nothing
<key3> -> /assist toon3

toon3:
<key1> -> /assist toon1
<key2> -> /assist toon2
<key3> -> do nothing

I then have it all keymapped with keyclone so that I only use one key on my x-keys, and the appropriate key is pressed on the slaves depending on which window is currently active (if that makes sense).

Anyone know why this happens or what I can do about it? I've considered adding a /targetlastenemy at the beginning of my assist macros in an effort to get something targetted. I haven't tested this yet.

try shifting to focus based targeting.
ie:
/cast [target=focustarget] fireball

and then have another set of macros that will set focus to your leader

I thought about that; however, I really like the ability to set a CC target for the mage and priest and not have to retarget when it needs to be reapplied. I suppose I could just use each slave's target as the CC target and their focus as the dps target, but that just seeams backwards and would break if I switched leaders or when the slaves are feared and drop their target.

I'm hoping the /targetlastenemy will solve my problem. I'm gonna test it out after work.
