Can my system handle 5 accounts ?

So, i just bought a new PC, been running 3 accounts on it flawlessly, but now i'm ofc gonna go for 5 accounts :-)

Here's my system:
Intel QuadCore CPU Q9300
4gig RAM
Geforce 9800GTX
10.000 RPM hardrive.

So, you think it can do it ? If i maxfps and just a few addons on the slaves ?

one way to find out: set up trial accounts till you have 5. start em all up, turn up settings higher than you normally would, then go to the nearest busy town, most likely org. If you're not lagging too much there, then I'd say you're gtg

Your system should handle it just fine, this is mine and I'm running 5 accounts on it without problems:

Intel Quad Q6600
4gb RAM (vista 32 bit so only utilizing 3.2gb of it)
8800 GT gfx

2 screens, 1 for main and one for the three slaves (4x 640x480, arranged 2x2)
Running slave clients on miminum gfx settings. Loaded main with tons of addons without any trouble, however the slaves are running rather plain, I've only installed Multiboxer 2.0 and PitBull on them thus far.

At least Windows Vista allocates every client to utilize only processor 1 and 2 in a quad-core system. So one piece of advice is to set all 4 slave clients to use processor 3 and 4, and let the main client use processor 1 and 2. You can do this under the process-view in Task Manager, just right-click the client you want to change, Set Affinity, and check the processors you want. I've created my own tool for this to make it faster to manage, I am planning on releasing it for free, soon. Just need some time to polish the source code, which will be available so that people can ensure I'm not pushing viruses :)

But of course, run a test with trial accouts first
