Alright so say I buy Keyclone and want to attempt to at least 2 box for now on this laptop I can do that no problem and get the liscense and go no problem.

Now I am going to be buying a way better laptop that can run a 5 box on it can I get my keyclone setup there too or would I need to buy another copy of it?

I already have two accounts (one of which is not mine is a friends) which I really would like to make an attempt to do this before I shell out money for more accounts for myself.

I am computer and source code savy but maybe because I am not actually doing some of the stuff listed in the guides it is a little confusing.

If I use seperate addon's etc for my main wow should I just create another folder (or 2 in this case) to dual box to start so I make sure I don't screw the settings up if I want to play with my normal 5 character?

G'afternoon Gares and welcome to the forums!

you would only need to have 1 keyclone license per machine you wanted to use at any one time. if you went from an old laptop to a new one, you'd just transfer your license to the new beast. BUT... if you wanted to use the old AND new at the same time, then yes, you would need a license on each machine (today's hardware makes 5 boxing fairly easy on a single machine)

if you have any more questions, please feel free to drop me a PM

have a great night,

I would very much recommend against this. You may get both yourself and your friend banned.

Create a trial account and try that first.

So if I wanted to say 4 box on my new laptop and keep a lonely one on my other laptop I would need to buy keyclone twice?
