Ok at level 63 i joined my first AV, did fairly ok except for alot of resistances ofc which was expected.

but as mentioned in the title i have a spawning problem.

My 2 slaves got killed earlier, then the main and the other slave. Problem with that was it was very early in the game, and graveyards were constantly switching, so in the end i had 4 toons, at 3 different graveyards.

My question as PVP noob is how do you solve this or is it just tough luck ?

get the AV trinket and if you get completely scattered juts recall them all :) might have to do some running but it's often less time then trying to group them all back up from multiple gys

Sorry to hear that. It's a pain whether you're running 2 or 10. I usually run into a problem where they'll kill my prime while I'm down at FW and the nearest graveyard is SP. (or vice versa depending on which side I'm playing)
Sometimes I can get a rez off in between waves of players (waiting to get out of combat just to do this can be a pain sometimes when people keep showing up thinking they can handle you)
Another option is to all rez and then equip trinket & gate back to your base. Then at least you're together, if stuck in a defensive position.
Yet another option is to find a hidey hole and bring up everyone from the rear. My favorite is north of the Coldtooth mine; there's a little "alleyway" back there that's way off the traffic areas. You can get to it by going about 5 second run south of Tower Point then turning west, and heading way back there. Makes a good rally point for your little squad.

So overall I'd say the best is to trinket back together. That early in the game you've still got new players coming in, so you won't be totally alone.

i'm 64 now (will be 65 by the end of the night). My gear is so so, do you think that i will be able to handle AV? I just really want that stupid dragon.

it's a pain you'll get use to over time, I panicked the first time it happened to me... now if I loose 2 and I know I won't really have time to rez them, I tend to run at the enemy causing them all to die so they can regroup, that trinket trick would be nice to help zerg offence and then try to recap the towers

4 shamans? Yes, I think you're going to kill your first 70 ^_^

Alot of prejudgement against you mostly :)

Especially cause your lower level.

Word of advice to those trying pvp against a much higher level opponent. You will get a lot of "resists" which are actually "misses" because of the level disparity. Totem of Wrath is your friend here, keep it up always.

I've done hundreds of AV's and I think i can count on one hand the times I've gotten this problem. Its mainly about knowing how to deal with it I belive.

This is what i usually do in AV:

- I allmost exclusivly play defence. This is what wins you the battle. As a 5 mangroup you can retake a tower (or bunker) by yourself most of the times. Since you only need to recap it within 4 minutes when you are defending, your team can defend 2-3 towers by yourself. If you are attacking, you are stuck defending 1 bunker (or tower) and cant move for 4 minutes. This is quite a waste if you dont get constantly attacked.

- if one of my guys die, I allways keep fighting at the same spot he dies. This does two things: Ensures that if everyone dies, they die in the same spot, and will res on the same graveyard. The other thing is that it makes it much less likely that your insignia gets removed, forcing you to release right ahead. Never release before everyone is dead. If you die at the same spot, and release at the same time, you will allways res at the same graveyard.

- If i lose one or two guys and i manage to kill off the rest, i usually just ressurect them :)

If im fighting and a couple die, i just tell my healer to stop healing and leave me to get hammered down. I nearly always spawn at the same GY then. Im also back with full mana and regrouped. Jobs a good'un

With ANKH in your bag (and no cd on it) you will stay in your cropse. Only if all toons are dead you press your /script RepopMe();
If you survive the attack and the graveyard is to far away, rezz your toons.

I have a release and retrieve corpse hotkey. If they're dead it releases, if they're ghost it retrieves corpse.

/script RepopMe();
/script RetrieveCorpse();

Wait till they all die then release. Also helps if you're using keyclone PiP and the technqiue to have no main (so you can switch focus to another toon at any time).
