noob needs help with clonekey

Hi everyone i have been looking around on dual-boxing for a while now and i couldnt find this question ( probably because im the only one that doesnt know it). im not going to be multiboxing just dual-boxing two shammies using clonekey because of course im on a mac. i was just wondering how you get your alt to follow you, do you just do /follow or use the arrow keys. alot of times when im using the arrow keys one of my alts wonder off slowly. Any tips?

It doesn't sound like this is specific to Clonekeys, about which I know nothing, but is more about basic movement control.
